A 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. If the retainer is not received within 48 hours, the date and time will no longer be held. This retainer is applied toward your session fee and is not an additional cost.

Please note that sessions are typically scheduled for late afternoon or early evening (unless indoors) to take advantage of the best natural lighting. Travel within the Ponoka area is included. Travel outside of Ponoka is subject to a rate of $0.85 per kilometre.

Interested in a session in the mountains or another location? Most national parks and similar sites require a permit for photography sessions. We can discuss the details, any required permits, and potential additional charges at the time of booking.
